Oleh Posternak also works in political consulting. He served as a member of the Izmail District Council from 2006 to 2010 and led the NGO Regional Policy Center Meridian. In 2014, he assembled a group of analysts and experts to establish the Center for Political Intelligence (Kyiv), which he currently leads.
He has been involved in implementing election campaign strategies, including for candidates running for the Verkhovna Rada in single-member districts, candidates for mayor positions, and candidates for local councils (regional, district, and municipal). His areas of expertise include legal support, field projects, media communications and electoral research for local elections.
